Left, as we have slowly, in fits and starts, got our shit together under daunting circumstances. We are also nearing the twentieth anniversary of empire, a book by tical theorists michael hart and antonio negri. What can we learn from capitalism's reliance on the exploitation of the common? Does capital ist production to day have a more intensely social character than it has in the past? And if so, what does that mean for how we do anti capitalist struggle?
