The Dormate Commerce Clause
The Dormate Commerce Clause says states can't discriminate tariffs, protectionism. That's basically the intention of hurting another state's industry to help your own. The argument on the other side is that it's structural. It's part of federalism isn't written into the Constitution either. And so you have this doctrine and applying it in any particular case is incredibly problematic.
