I think many of us reach that point of mental burnout because we are just taking on so much the bombardment of information, says Germana. We've got to let stuff out and you can't do that if you're always putting stuff in. Staring at somebody eyeball to eyeball is not the best way to have a conversation. But quite often side by side, which is why good conversations take place either on walks or sitting in cars or standing at bus stops. And sometimes that's the best way of talking it out, getting stuff out. I love also because I'm interested in extremely nosy. I like finding out how the rest of the world ticks.
