The Wagging of the Head

The wagging of the head is a pretty common thing in the Bible. We don't even use the word wag unless you're talking about dogs to fail. So this is, this is putting words into the mouth of the Assyrian king where he's boasting about all these great accomplishments that are on his resume. And then he goes on, whom have you mocked and reviled against whom have you raised your voice and lifted your eyes to the heights? Now it seemed like the one who's been mocked and reviling is Jerusalem, but that's not his answer.
