I thought maybe they'd kill him in the finale and seemed like maybe Brian thought that could happen too. I feel like that would have been a huge cheat. And everybody not quite knowing what to do but instantly moving into position to take over. And he's not even cold and they're already plotting away. So this is what had to happen. You know, as you said, the show was called succession. Like I think it had to be in the first half because even in docs, it's like, you know, like you have to have enough time to wrap the show on the rising tension, the crisis.
