The Fed has made it clear that they're not going to sell mortgage back securities. So you really need the 10 year yield to break out, which the Federal Reserve has already talked about. Jerome Powell is very adamant about this. He says we have to fight inflation no matter what. The economy stays firm. The economy weakens difference.
