If you want to increase your speed, if you take faster steps in the same amount of time, most people will start to run faster. Different people have different energy, optimal speeds. Some people are not comfortable running. They'd rather walk or ride a bike. I think all of those types of movement are incredibly beneficial to our health and our well-being.
