There were a number of people, me included, who didn't think it made a lot of sense. We didn't think sadaversan was a good guyut we didn't think at that particular time that an invasion was warranted or in the best interests of the united states. And i will tell you what i think happened in the thea lead up to the arak war. The rationalization that people at my level made, well, they must be making a good decision on more information than i have. They got more so they are doing this, so there must be better reasons than i know to do this. It's one of the most dangerous things that i've seen.
This man has probably taken on more risks than anyone in the world, and his decision could've meant life or death in a certain situation!
General Stanley McChrystal, a retired United States Army General, and author came on to talk about his new book, Risk: A User's Guide, the stories that he had to essentially make life or death decisions while assessing the risk, and how can one prepare themselves to face the unforeseen future, and risks!
Listen to this Part 1 out of 2, and Part 2 will come out the same day too!
