The Rise of Winthrop Bell

In early 1939 Winthrop Bell writes up a warning about Hitler's plan for worldwide racial relations. He meets with the Canadian agricultural minister gardener who during World War II left his agricultural post and took up a prominent military post. At the same time he writes this up for the press for the Canadian press but then editors just refuse to believe it that Hitler's planning racial exterminations. The other person that Winthrop sends was somebody who becomes important in the foundation of the CIA work with the US State Department, Francis Dayak.
