When I started at Circle, the first thing I did was to try and come up with a strategy for our customer community. It's something that all of us are in the community space are struggling with or at some point in our community journey. The most underrated way to start a community is by running an event. If you don't have a way for your members to come together, get know each other, phone connections, then you don't really have a community.
