The Similarities Between Golf and Tennis
PGA Tour officials testified before a US Senate committee last Tuesday, about their $3 billion commercial partnership deal with Saudi's private investment fund. There are more similarities between golf and tennis than most people probably realize. In golf, for example, the athletes or independent contractors, they pay for their own flights, hotels, meals, and coaches. And they only make money if they play well in a tournament.
