She doesn't feel better about the situation because she has not stood up for herself. All she was doing was talking to some people. Turning around and saying, shut up, completely inappropriate. That's a bad thing in itself. Is telling her that she's done a bad thing that is in fight with this person to turn around and say what they did? What that person did was wrong. The reason why she feels bad,. the reason why everything feels awkward for her is because she's just taken it lying down and she's told herself that she'sdone a bad thing. Now, standing up for yourself does not necessarily mean you have to go in there and do something to the other person
