You need to maximize what you're currently doing if it's working even a little bit. Don't immediately jump and flip and start doing something new If you have results from something you're doing do more of it Make it better make it more efficient. Sometimes you do need to change shit, but stay consistent with things. You just have to Understand when you're angry and check in and be like okay. What's actually bothering me?
