Ryan Dietrich tweeted that O2 and 74 were protracted bear markets. But they both bottomed the first week or so of October, which is when this rally started. He's cherry picking data to back up his dog money belief system but he does great work. And right here and now I'm looking at a market that's probably still expensive.
