Are You Selling Ground Beef and Chicken?

We have ground beef for sale, but no quarters halves in holes like and hower like. How are you sold on your hogs and chicken? Pretty far out? Or ye a. The the chickens, we won't start marketing until they hit the ground. And everyone looks for chicket. Just don't have an issue riping. We have ant issued keeping chickens in the freezer long enough for new customers.
