The Hard Choice to Say No to One on One Coaching
i've been teaching and coaching all my life. i'm able to help literally 50, 60, a hundred people at a time in my workshops. I realize the impact i can make on those people is not too different than thep i can do with one on one coaching. One on one coaching allows me to give them more attention,. But group coaching actually gets some 80%. And i just had to make a hard choice about scaling my time.
