A lot of startups that are going in right now are sort of like trying to ban down the hatches and cut some stuff. I think the difficulty is the timing, right? Because obviously you don't want to go out of business but if everyone else is cut and you're the only one still spending, then you benefit from the opposite diminishing returns.
