Introduction

Sweet Summer Days is happening July 19th through August 1st at Whole Foods Market with sales on the juiciest fruits of the season. Second only to the island where it's made, we eat more of this cheese than anywhere else in the world. The dishes my dad cooked with Helim were, and they still are, some of my favourite plates of food. In Cypriot cuisine, Helim is used in a huge variety of ways. When I build up what's for dinner and he was like, Turkish macaroni, it's like the best day ever!
