What Are Good Definitions of Fairness?

I've always been fascinated with using deep learning maybe since I'm a journalist, never made any money. And I got a guy involved in horse racing to feed me data. And it did surprisingly well in picking the favorites and every now and then it would have an outlier than which if it hit paid a lot of money. But at the end of the day, if you're going to audit for a privacy or fairness property, you need to be precise about what you're auditing for.
