Is There a Government Potential Ban on Bitcoin?
I think it depends on the country in question. We've seen banning proposals more often in emerging markets, just because they are more prone to currency crises and more concerned about blocking some of the exits where possible. But overall, the direction we're seeing is that regulators have become increasingly aware of Bitcoin and if anything, they've been clarifying and helping regulations. And so I don't rule it out of the realm of possibility that they'll attempt to do so.
