Kristin Sonday: I think we're at a point now where we have the opportunity to demystify a lot of the legal jargon that's so confusing. GPT has enormous potential to help just make court processes and forms easier to navigate for self-represented litigants, she says. There are a ton of different opportunities, depending at which point in the justice journey we want to help folks navigate,. But there's a lot of opportunity and there's going to be an race to see who can get their first and hopefully compound knowledge over time to build the most robust and well-rounded solutions possible.
