Is This a Marine Mammal?

Visto Tutti has an opinion on what this is. He says, it sounds like a squeaky door. Wolfie Michael Blaney wrote in and said there's a lot of people that keep hearing marine mammals because yeah, that would have been my first guess. And then he gets specific and he says it's letting air out of weather balloons.
