Perinephritic fat or perirainal fat is a structural kind of fat, quite different to our functional fat that we put around our hips and our arse. The kidneys are very vulnerable because of where they're sitting retroperitoneal at the back at our flank. That's one. Number two, like you just said, we don't want to move around too much.
