The Unconscious and the Conscious

The distinction between the unconscious and conscious needs to be really nuanced. If an idea, if a feeling can reemerge, it reveals then that that idea was almost always kind of just under the surface. So as of now, we have the unconscious. That is those things that arena where things can't just come back up. There's the pre-conscious ideas,. feelings that can, if you just recall them, and then you can be filled with emotion about your love for dumplings. And then there's that, which is conscious. Those things that you're always thinking about that you act upon.
