Finding a circle of friends that you can share your thoughts with is crucial. You don't need to go read a piece for the Washington Post or something like that, even just to have acircle of friends and it doesn't have to be big. Sometimes you just need to put an idea out there and see how people respond so that you can see where it goes when put under pressureor subjected to even light scrutiny.
