The Drawbacks of Cold Cryopreservation

There are warm methods of biostasis. The most obvious one is just to do chemical fixation and then store at either room temperature or just refrigerate the temperature. And I think there are a lot of drawbacks in that because to my knowledge, even chemically fixed issue degrades over time. But as far as we know, these are procedures you can do maybe as far as the brain is concerned for hours at most at day. You could not put someone in that state and put them on the machine at least not now for centuries until science catches up with whatever their ailment was.
