The Love of Heracles and Highless
There's another source for the love of Heracles and Highless. Theocritus, who seems to have been from a very similar time period to Apologius in the Hellenistic period. He wrote a poem about the two Heracles and highless and how they loved each other. If you haven't already guessed, I'm just going to read it to you now. From what God so ever sprung, Nikeus' love was not, as we seemed to think, born for us alone.
