The Effects of Abortion on Human Suffering

Abortion is a remarkably common event. One in three of the women in this room will have an abortion during their lifetime. Working abortion illegal does not reduce the number of abortions taking place. The biggest difference that I know, the biggest inequity, is the difference between safe and unsafe abortions.
