We are externally wired we're looking for models. The big signal is that shiny object that idea. And it may be in your wheelhouse, but sometimes it's not. What is that unique thing that you bring to the table that is really needed in the world? I'm reminded of a client who is such an exotic, right, an exotic in the way that she sees the world. She forgets that and starts to default back to Oh, there are these other firms that are doing this this way and I have to do it that way.
