Is Untracked PTO a Good Way to Measure Productivity?

Unlimited PTO and untracked PTO, it's just another indication of like, hours worked really isn't something that we're using to measure the productivity of the business. I think you always have to ask one fundamental question when it comes to a take about an HR policy: Do you have kids or not? And then everything else after that is like, yeah, well, we don't really mean take two months off. That's not what we're talking about here."
