How to Prioritize Features After Launching an MVP
We take all our features and we put them in three different buckets. The first one is customer request. These are features that customers have been asking for. They might not have the biggest impact when it comes to launching an MVP or having an impact on a metric. Another method one can use to prioritize features is the feature bucket. This helps prioritization post MVP as well. So it's an ongoing process that we can utilize after we have launched our first MVP.
