What if It All Works Out?
Anxiety is an on edge nervous system. A heart that's racing, stomachs in knots, a throat that's tight and hands that are clammy. It is the exact same physical response as excitement. We all call it anxiety or nerves. And i only want you to practise for a week, getting in the habit of actually catching it and interrupting it. Buto you first start, five, four, three, two, one, use tha five second rule. Interrupt the habit loop that is coted in your subconscious. Catch it, and then just say, what if it all works out? Or, i'm not thinking about that. M ye.
