Lessons Learned From Card's Product Development

The biggest thing I think I've gotten better at is honestly just listening to the people who actually use this thing. And so when you do that, you're almost like casting very wide net and just seeing what it happens to catch with kinds of people you happen to catch in it. So one of the biggest features that we ended up implementing that changed sort of how card was used was the ability to do whatever essentially virtual pages. That's where that came from. Not only did it solve their problem but also added a whole new dimension to the products that we had never anticipated.
