The Effects of Force Zero Vulnerability on Fatigue

Pre-participation data is not something that we use to detect fatigue. What we look for fatigue is basically two key metrics and the eccentric duration of a counter movement jump. The second one forces zero velocities is what force they elicit as they're coming up into their concentric part of the jump. A dropping force of zero velocity seems to again filter into that pattern of a potentially fatigued athlete and under recovered athlete.
