The Dangers of Sex Equality
The real problem is that when traditionalists said the sexes were different by nature, they thought that understanding the nature of something showed where that thing ought to be in the scheme of things. I think it's a completely open question whether we'll find a kind of workplace in which men and women flourish equally or whether men and women are going to end up equal in different achievements. It depends entirely on how things turn out. Maybe the things that men are good at should be suppressed because they're dangerous. We need to understand the nature of the raw material we're working with if we're to achieve anything good with it.
