I work with a lot of mums who also have eigh t h d. So much of the time i'm helping them build a routine. And so not trying to stick to a strict structure, put a routine so you know what to expect every day and it becomes habitual. For some people it's more so the sustained attenti andfor other people it’s more the planning. It really just depends but helping them figure out how to plan,. How to make a routine and how to stay at it when they're trying to reach their goals.
