The Importance of Restorative Leadership in the Age of Violence

The Surge Network is trying to help pastors develop healthy gospel centered church cultures. They're trying to do that across racial and denominational barriers. The nay draws inspiration for this work of restorative leadership from the historic black church. And just the prophetic voice that developed out of suffering and pain, but always with vision for change and forward movement.
