If you're cold calling Armand and he's like, all right, man, you got half a minute. What the heck does this person want? Now it's your shot on goal to reestablish yourself. Sandler has a pretty good methodology as well where they basically list off, hey, I know you're probably pretty busy. And that works about 70, 80% of the time. Other times you'll get people that tells you this is the worst call ever but 78% of time it works.
