Dominique: I think mentorship is key. Get hold of the local journalist in your area. Talk to the person two years older than you who graduated from your college and now as an intern or aor an entry level reporter. Some of my best mentors are people who know what the industry is looking for right now. It doesn't have to be opera. It could be anybodytis is the operais, not bader opera.
