The Role of Jack Inhibitors in Cancer Risk

A meta-analysis of 62 studies, 16 long-term open label extensions looked at the risk of malignancy associated with jack inhibitors. Bimikizumab was recently approved by the EMA for use in psoriatic arthritis and axial spondyl arthritis in the European Union. The drug is not yet approved in the US for either psoriasis or PSA. It may be a little bit better in skin than joints, but it looks good.
