Can You Refinance a Tree House Village?

Can you refinance it once the up grades are done? Or do you have to wait until revenue is at a certain point for a year or two, before you can refinance. We actually worked it out to where we are going to be financing it on an admertised schedule over 20 years. But it's going to balloon in three years.
