Bütze: What I find does help is to create some spaces where people can experience and and share and be vulnerable outside of the sort of day-to-day work as well as kind of integrating it into their day-To-day work. A lot of it is coaching helping people to see when you know like the feedback that you got about sometimes when you become a bit silent, he says. Bütze also believes language is a very important thing in order for leaders to build trust listening being able to really have those dialogues they haven't done before.
