The Black Panther Party and Fred Hampton

Fred Hampton was convicted of robbery and assault in April, but thanks to a good attorney, he was released from jail on $2,000 bail. Fred immediately held a press conference where he declared that the Black Panther Party was acting in the interests of the people whom the government ignored and oppressed. He organized a free breakfast for children program in Chicago in its first two weeks at fed more than 1100 grade school kids. We're not going to fight reactionary pigs with any reaction in our part.
