How Did You Come Up With the Idea of Morgan?
Morgan is an artificial intelligence system that analyzes mortgage data. It can answer any question you would ask a best human loan officer, underwriter and they'll have the answers. Most answers it'll give it to you depending on our complexity will give you an answer in a couple of seconds. How involved were you with the development process? I was involved in most of the core, what I call the kernel of it, that does all the mortgage processing. And after that, I'm involved in guiding. Like I look at the designs that the engineers and the architects come up and I give them suggestions and review the project direction.
