The Sixth Circuit's Decision in Bostock v. Clayton County
Gorsuch wrote the opinion, right? Like, you know, yeah. My husband's going to be really surprised to listen to this episode. If you fire someone who was assigned male at birth for wearing a dress, duh, that's discrimination on the basis of sex. That reasoning applies only to Title seven as Bostock itself and our subsequent cases make clear. And let's just make it poussively clear here that not think I've got Neil Gorsuch has my back on this one.
