I want you to remember a time when you felt good. With your eyes closed, move your eyes laterally to the left and then laterallyto the right. Notice where you feel that good feeling in your body. Is it in your chest or your heart? Is it inYour head? I'd like you to give that feeling a colour. Maybe it's gold, maybe it's red,maybe it's blue, maybe it’s green. Imagine moving that colour all the way to the top of your head as you stroke the side of your arms. And then double the brightness.
