I Agree With Everything You're Saying About the Immune System
I love this idea of like the communal self literally even when we would say I as an individual you're already speaking for a community of organisms effectively and effects and history yeah that's true. Do you think actually our understanding of immunology and this sort of networks and communities sort of idea has something to speak to about how we currently think of identities perhaps? We are one with the community in which we share microbes good and bad, he says. on thatYeah I agree with everything you're saying there about this communal feeling but remember evolution also shapes our immune system by infections it's the only thing that evolution has cared about autoimmune diseases.
