The phone is the easiest fastest way to pick up the phone and call people. My businesses operate under a phone first policy. If we miss somebody we leave a voicemail, send a follow up email letting them know we're going to try them back. But it's a phonefirst policy so we always use the phone first. And again we can eliminate hundreds of emails back and forth over something that we could resolve in 10 minutes on a phone call. So why aren't you having conversations?
