Exercise can be a great way of burning it off and letting it go. One of the best ways i've ever found to reduce feeling, momentary feelings of stress is to move my body. If you move your body in an artificially slow way, and even talk artificially slowly, that's almost like your brain hears 'I must feel quite relaxed' Long before language, our ancestors communicated through body language and gesture. They use their body t express so what happened is became this really strong relationship between physical expression and how the person feels. So we shouldn't underestimate how valuable simple tools like this are.
