Is There a Democracy Without a Market Economy?

In the circles I move It's more balanced That is to say obviously We're at a point at Which the political center in our societies Has hollowed out very substantially. The one way in which my thinking has changed or evolved and it's really over the last 15 years or so since the crisis is that I've come to the view that open capitalism are a significant part of the problem. And if you want to proper market economy need democracy to protect it from the excesses of predatory capitalism. So I'm much more anxious than I was and I'm more concerned now than it would have been saved 30 years or 40 years ago about political issues.
